Cardinal Health’s Cell and Gene Therapy Report Highlights Brad Watts’ Journey from Patient to Advocate

The 2025 Cardinal Health Advanced Therapies Report features the cancer journey of Conner Strong & Buckelew’s Bradley (Brad) Watts. Diagnosed with follicular lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at 29, Brad underwent various treatments, including chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplant, immunotherapy, and ultimately CAR T-cell therapy. The report chronicles Brad’s inspiring story and highlights the importance of a strong support system and advocacy. It also addresses key advanced therapy challenges including transportation and logistics, long treatment lead times and life after treatment.
